Even in the midst of adversity, such as tough decisions and challenging situations, it is possible to still find joy in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He offers hope and healing. Below are ways to help you find happiness through God.

Put Your Full Trust In God

All of us are children of God, and this means that He has a plan for us. There are many hardships and trials that people experience on Earth, but they are also an opportunity for us to grow and learn. Sometimes, we can learn that we are resilient and can overcome challenges. By trusting that God has a plan for us, we can find joy in spite of the obstacles that we face.

Focus On Loving Jesus

When you are feeling lost or sad, turn to Jesus. He can help you find peace, happiness, and healing. In John's Gospel, Jesus said that people will experience tribulation but will be of good cheer. He also said that he had overcome the world.

Jesus is the one who knows our sorrows and knows how to overcome them. He lives and dies for us so that we can hope to get back to living with him and overcoming the world around us. If we focus on Him and his teachings, we can find the everlasting joy that can transcend any circumstance.

Focus On Being Thankful

One of the most important factors that people can consider when it comes to finding happiness is to find things that they are grateful for. Whether you are a person who is struggling with a difficult situation or if you are simply not feeling good about yourself, taking a minute to reflect on what you are grateful for can help put things in perspective. Having a positive attitude can help you develop a stronger relationship with God.

Be Optimistic

We can also choose to respond to the things that come our way by choosing how we react. Having a positive attitude is a conscious choice, and it can help us get through the trials and tribulations that we encounter. It may not be easy to face these challenges, but the more we can do so, the more likely it will be that we will eventually get through them.

Look Outside For Happiness

It is natural to want to put things back in perspective when life is hard. However, it can also be helpful to look outward and try to find ways to serve those in need. Doing something for others can help change our perspective and make us focus on the things that we can give to others instead of what we can't afford to do ourselves.
